We would like to say a massive thanks to Martin leadbetter  for buying us a bottle of champagne ???? for our 44th wedding anniversary when we were having a drink in the stag and pheasant. Best pub in Carmarthen.  My husband and I and my dog Bear visit often and we always get a walm welcome.

I stopped in here midweek after a delay to my train and boy did I strike it lucky. The guest ales were delicious, the staff were super friendly and the landlords are very welcoming.
